1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or enrolling in courses on brain.understandltl.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Course License & Access
Upon payment or authorized entitlement grant, Understand LTL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the educational content, visual mental models, and documentation for individual professional use.
- Accounts are intended for single-user access. Credentials and OTP codes must not be shared.
- Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reselling, or public redistribution of course curriculum is strictly prohibited.
3. Fees & Purchases
Enrollment fees (including the $450 one-time masterclass pass) are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is clearly disclosed at the time of checkout.
4. Intellectual Property
All course curriculum, text, diagrams, interactive systems, trademarks, and branding on Understand LTL Brain are the exclusive intellectual property of Lateral and Understand LTL.
5. Limitation of Liability
The materials and models are provided for educational and decision-support purposes. Understand LTL does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes or carrier contract rates.
